GlendaLough

I took those pictures on April 2006, in GlendaLough, near Dublin (Irland).
This is a monastery (with a cemetery around it), founded in VI^th century. Some of the tombstones are so eroded that you can't barely read anything on it...
Beside the daily invasion of hundreds of tourists, there's a very special feeling in this place... I must admit I don't totally control my 350D, those few pictures are the only ones expressing this atmosphere (I let you imagine the freezing cold wind that accompanied us)...
Celtic Art lovers, if you ever go in Ireland, don't miss this visit... Preferably not during the holidays season, to avoid any tourists overdose...
